Before undertaking any advanced facial treatment it is vital to firstly book you in for an advanced skin/ gut health/ lifestyle consultation which takes approximately 45 mins-1hr.

I dive deep into the causes of your skin problems/concerns, as getting to the root cause is way more important than any product or treatment I could sell you!

We’ll discuss diet/ inflammatory foods & your microbiome, exercise, your current skincare regime, your goals & how we can achieve them.

I’ll answer your questions on trending ingredients, explain the science behind it, dispel myths and give personalised home care advice & recommendations from collagen & probiotic supplements to retinol & antioxidants.

You will leave the salon with trial sizes of products, no pressure to purchase but a guarantee that I am here to support you whatever you decide to do!

Please note – ekseption resurfacing peels & Fusion fractional mesotherapy will only be undertaken if the recommended prep /post home care products are purchased from me & used for a minimum of 3 weeks pre appointment & 6 weeks post treatment. Kirsten is highly professional and knows her industry inside out. I went for a course of electrolysis and have found it really effective. Having tried just about everything else (including laser), this has been a god send! I was a bit skeptical at first, and when I was told that one of the products she stocks (hypo 21) could help with my adult acne I honestly thought 'this sounds too good to be true'...but she's talked me through the science of everything she has done or recommended for me, so I gave it a go, and haven't had a single break out since! I have just had my upper ear pierced by Kirsten. The whole process was easy, clean and relatively painless. I had a great range of earring styles to choose from and was sent home with clear home care instructions and products to make sure the healing process goes smoothly. Kirsten is bloody fantastic! I started coming to Kirsten about 4 years ago for electrolysis. I was a tad nervous at first with it not being something I knew much about and having never had it before, but with her extensive knowledge and fabulous friendly manor I was soon relaxed and at ease about trying a new treatment. I have been visiting Kirsten for a few years now for facials to help with breakouts on my chin area and to maintain healthy glowing skin. Kirsten is very welcoming and her salon is spotlessly clean and private. Initially you have a consultation and she asks lots of questions about your skincare routine, health, diet and lifestyle and is very knowledgeable about all these areas not just skincare. She then cleanses your skin thoroughly before a forty minute massage to help with lymph drainage. This is very relaxing and also relieves a lot of tension in the neck area. Amazing! You then have a mask put on and a hand and arm massage before removing the mask and using finishing products. You.can also buy Ekseption products in the salon for home use at a reasonable price to maintain all her good work until the next time. I would highly recommend a visit!

I started my electrolysis journey with Kirsten in October following laser treatment at another beauty salon. I wasn’t told by this salon that laser would not permanently remove my facial hair, I looked further into this and researched electrolysis and then I found Kirsten. The treatment has totally changed my life, I don’t have to rush to the mirror every morning to check my face for stubble and have to shave daily The treatment is slightly uncomfortable but it is so worth it for the results that I am getting and Kirsten makes you feel relaxed throughout the treatment The salon is very clean and relaxing music playing so you can chill while the treatment is taking place I recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from embarrassing facial hair, please don’t be embarrassed and make the first step to changing your life, I am so glad I did.

My first appointment for skin care with Kirsten and the consultation was very thorough and Kirsten is very knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions regarding my current skin care routine, health, nutrition, lifestyle and what my aims with my skin were. She went through everything with me and did a thorough cleanse and I had a facial using the products she recommended for me. These products are very affordable and are absolutely amazing, my skin was literally glowing at the end of the consultation.
